Function `angle`

Return the (smallest) angle between two vectors, in radians. This is calculated as

$\begin{displaymath} \arccos\left(\frac{\mathbf{a}\cdot\mathbf{b}}{\vert\mathbf{a}\vert \vert\mathbf{b}\vert}\right) \end{displaymath}$

a, b -- real(dp), dimension(:), intent(in)
